– **Internet Connectivity:** We provide Wi-Fi for our guests, but please be aware that internet speeds can vary and service interruptions, although rare, can happen. This is part of the relaxed pace of island life.
– **In Harmony with Nature:** Our island’s natural beauty is one of its most alluring aspects. This tropical climate also means that insects and wildlife are part of our environment. Rest assured, we take preventative measures to keep our home as insect-free as possible, but a stray visitor from nature is a possibility.

**House Check-In Overview: Things to Know When Staying at Ocean Breeze Villa**
Welcome to Ocean Breeze Villa! We are delighted to have you. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, please familiarize yourself with the following key details about the property:
**Blue Gate Key:**
Behind the front door is a hook with a blue key. The top left button is to operate the main gate to the property. Press once to open gate. Please note that it automatically closes.
. Please ensure you keep track of this key during your stay as there is a $250 replacement cost for lost keys.
To lock the front door from the inside, turn the grey circular knob counterclockwise.
**Hot Water:**
-The water heater switch is on the wall next to the kitchen window. The switch for the stove is directly behind the microwave. The AC units in both bedrooms are eco friendly. The switch beneath both units have to be in the on position. Ac’s will automatically turn off if the doors are open or if it detects that no one is in the room for more than 15mins.
To operate the ceiling fans, depress the power button on the switch located next to the room door then push the star shaped button for activation. The arrow buttons are to adjust speed. Please turn off lights when not in use.
You can log on to any WiFi using the password. “blessings”.
There is a list in multiple rooms of the cost for replacement/repair if any items on the property are damaged.
**Airflow and Cooling:**
– For improved airflow downstairs, we recommend using the fans provided and opening the French doors, which allow for a refreshing breeze throughout the lower level.
**Pool Access:**
– To access the pool area, head to the bottom level of the villa. There you will find a door that is always open, leading to the pool lounge area. Feel free to make use of the beach chairs and floats provided, which are stored in the master bedroom for your convenience.
I’m order for the outlets to work you have to make sure the switch (with orange light) in the room is turned on.
To turn the fans on you must make sure that the switch is turn on in the room & then use the remote provided to operate the speed & etc.
